Flamboyant City lawyer Donald Kipkorir has commented on the trending topic of Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and his ex-partner Lilian Ng’ang’a.
Kipkoris is of the opinion that when someone is not legally married to you, then they have to return whatever they gave you.
This comes after Lilian Ng’ang’a in a presser claimed that her ex-lover Mutua was threatening her and is coming for things she owns.
But for Kipkorir, the fact that Lilian Ng’ang’a admitted that they were not married makes things easier for Governor to reposses her property.
“By publicly admitting she is not married to Gov. Alfred Mutua, Former First Lady Lilian Ng’ang’a forfeits all marital claims to property of Mutua & opens herself up to fraudulent claims as First Lady of Machakos County…. Horrible legal advise,” he tweeted.
Kenyans were divided on this matter but a section of them defended Lilian for giving her 10 years to Mutua and want her compensated.
