Former Kiambu governor and the Tujibebe Wakenya party leader William Kabogo has attacked Kenya Kwanza running mate Rigathi Gachagua over plans to control Mt Kenya politics.

Kabogo who is not seeing eye to eye with Gachagua also warned Ruto against undermining fringe parties that formed the Kenya Kwanza coalition.
Speaking Thursday evening at Thika town, Kabogo warned DP Ruto while asking for blessings from residents who turned up for his rally.
Loosely translates, “I have seen Ruto and his UDA party want to swallow all parties and I have refused to be swallowed. They way they coerced Waititu and I, is the way they want to do now by forcing us to vote for Wamatangi”
This loosely translates, “I opposed choosing Gachagua as running mate because he is a dictator, and my problem is saying the truth,I’m telling Ruto you will lose votes because of him.”
Kabogo and Chama cha Kazi party leader Moses Kuria have now decided to back down from UDA rallies citing unfairness in Kenya Kwanza camp towards fringe parties.
