National assembly Majority leader Kimani Inchungwa has distanced himself from the Northlands farm invasion, a farm in Ruiru owned by the former first family.
Inchungwa said these while recalling his previous posts and utterances that people should invade former head of state’s property claiming they were taken out of context.
The incident which show several trees brought down by unknown assailants also led to theft of a good number of goats and sheep stollen from the farm.
It is also claimed that some of the intruders subdivided the property to their own ownership.
The Kikuyu legislator has been initially among other prominent political leaders from the Gema linked to the planning and funding the invasion. He has urged the police to open investigation and mentioning that he is open for investigation as well.
