Police in Isbania, migori county continues with a manhunt for three Robbery with violence suspects who escaped arrest after invading a house belonging to a 31 year old man identified as Paul Chacha in Sunshine village last night.
While clarifying the incident Kuria West police boss Client Kimaiyo said the suspects who attacked Mr Chacha stabbed him, hacked him on the head and right arm,before robbing him ksh 6500 and asulting his 25 year old wife Naomi chacha after stealing her Infinix phone. ,He also explains that the gang had a pistol which they fired in the Air while attacking the family.
Kimaiyo further says that the gang who were six in number tried to eascape using different motorcycles which took different routes when the police arrived at the scene.
He also explains that the police had to fire thrice on the air while in pursuit of the suspects ,however they only managed to arrest 3 of them, recovering a motorcycle under a registration number KMGH 544 , two blood stained pangas, a Somali sword and a knife from the suspects jackets.
The three suspects are still held at Isbania police station as a munhunt for the other three continues with the police promising justice to the victims who are still receiving treatment at a local hospital.
