Kenyan artists were performing alongside Nigerian main act, Adenkule Gold, who joins musicians from West Africa who have found refuge in the Kenyan market.
The debate on who should come last took a center stage one week before the event with comedian Eric Omondi pushing for a Kenyan act to close the show.
Nyashinski had promised to perform last, a wish that Kenyans said, will revolutionize the music industry.
A section of Kenyans, however, felt that Adenkule Gold’s performance was not A1. owing the fact that he has only two popular hits here in Kenya.
For Nyashinski, Kenyans say it was worth their money as they got the value they paid for.
