Journalists have been blocked by police officers from entering the Shakahola Forest which is allegedly owned by cult leader Paul Mackenzie .

Paul Mackenzie has been urging his followers to fast to death promising that they will meet Jesus.

Since Friday ,April 21,Police have exhumed more than 90 bodies that were buried in the graves .

This is after Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki, who made a visit to the site on Tuesday, made a declaration that the land is a scene of crime.

It has not been made clear whether the state would continue to provide updates on the situation to the public.
