Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki and his Education counterpart Ezekiel Machogu have been listed as the best-performing CSs with 26% and 10% respectively.
This is according to a 2023 survey by research firm Trends and Insights for Africa (TIFA).
In the report released on Wednesday 29th March 2023, CS Kindiki is topping the list followed by Education CS Ezekiel Machogu and Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi coming third with 4%.

Down the list, Agriculture CS Minthika Linturi was ranked fourth at a 3% rating holding the position with Youth Affairs and Sports CS Ababu Namwamba.
TIFA also released its list of government officials that Kenyans rank as the worst performing. Defence CS Aden Duale, Trade CS Moses Kuria and ICT CS Eliud Owalo dominated the list all ranking at 2%.
Roads, Transport and Public Works CS Kipchumba Murkomen also joined the trio at 2%.
